MEET OUR PASTOR

Pastor Kevin Ivy, Sr. ,the third of eight children to the late great Pastor Kenneth and First Lady Annette Ivy, is a native of Muncie, Indiana. He served in their ministry, First Street C.O.G.I.C later named Wall Avenue C.O.G.I.C., for 31years. God's hand was upon his life at an early age. He was anointed to be the church drummer and also as a singer in his siblings group, Sounds of Ivy. While at Wall Avenue in a 1987 revival conducted by the late great Pastor Donald Curlin, the Lord saved and filled him. Soon after, he accepted the call to be a prophet, which had been prophesied previous to him receiving Christ. Pastor Ivy served faithfully as a deacon and was later licensed as a minister.

After the passing away of his mother First Lady Annette Ivy in 1996, Pastor Ivy heard the voice of the Lord say, "Its time to move forward." This time proved to be one of most difficult for him and his family. Membership at Wall Avenue C.O.G.I.C. had begun to decline and in 1997 he and his family resigned. The Lord assured Pastor Ivy that He would be with him always. The Lord led Pastor Ivy and his family to Ambassadors of Christ, under the leadership of Pastor Chester and First Lady Cathy Evans. There his family found a safe haven with two beautiful people whom they will always treasure. While there, Pastor Ivy had the opportunity to run his first revival held on Sept. 27th thru Oct. 2, 1998. During this revival, many souls were saved, touched, healed and delivered.

Morning prayer (6 a.m.)has always been apart of Pastor Kevin and First Lady Stephanie Ivy's life for over 25 years. God has allowed them to see the effects of prayer by seeing lives changed for good and His hand move upon and thru them in a miraculous way. God has placed upon them to birth out prayer into the surrounding areas and churches of Muncie. In 2000, the Lord sent them to Cathedral of Praise under the leadership of Pastor Adrian and First Lady Stephanie Leavell after much prayer. They hosted 6 a.m. prayer while there and many lives were delivered. God opened up many doors of opportunity for their mission by leading them to 6 a.m. prayer at Deliverance Temple under the direction of Mother Woods and also at Christ Temple Global Ministries under the direction of Deacon Julius Anderson.

In the year 2002, the Lord opened another prophetic door while at the Evangelical building under the direction of Pastor William Keller, who hosted the national day of prayer in the city of Muncie for over 40 years. Repairing the Breach Ministries was birthed out through much prayer and seeking God. Repairing the Breach Ministries was founded in October of the same year, by Pastor Kevin and his wife, First Lady Stephanie.
